Update Email Template

Edits an email template. Send only the fields you are changing.

This is also how you retire a losing template in an A/B test: isActive: false stops it being picked for new emails while leaving it on the step.

Editing copy after launch takes effect without re-importing anyone, but not on its own: call Rebuild Step Emails afterwards to regenerate the queued emails. Emails already sent are never touched.
