Forward A Message

Forwards one message from a thread to another address, from one of your mailboxes. The message is sent as Fw: <subject> with the original quoted underneath, and note is placed above it as a covering message. Name the sending mailbox with fromMailboxId, or with fromEmail if that is what you have.
