Create ICP

Creates an ICP and queues the AI enrichment that fills in problem, solution, statusQuo and competitiveAdvantage from the description you provide. A new ICP defaults to a 2-email sequence of AI steps, with the default pitch config (see Set Pitch Config), and starts paused unless you pass doSendEmails: true.
