subjectText and bodyText are what you wrote, in the template shorthand with its {{tokens}} and {a|b} spintax intact, and are accepted straight back by Update Prospect Email Copy. email is the built email for this step, with tokens filled in for this prospect and spintax resolved, which is the version to check before it sends. Sender tokens stay unresolved until send time. email is null until the email is built.

isMissingContent is true when the step is PER_CONTACT and this prospect's copy cannot produce an email, so it will not send until copy is supplied.
