Sends and replies for each email template in the ICP, which is how you read the result of an A/B test and pick a winner.
Counted per email rather than per prospect, because the template belongs to the email: a prospect can be sent template A at one step and template B at the next. Within a single step the two are the same thing, since a prospect receives one email per step.
Rates divide by delivered, not sent: an address that bounced was never given the chance to reply. A rate is null rather than zero where there is nothing to divide by, so a template with no sends yet is distinguishable from one that is failing.
Every template is listed, including inactive ones and ones that have not sent yet. Deleting a template discards its history, so retire a losing template by setting isActive to false with Update Email Template rather than deleting it.
Computed live rather than cached, so it is current the moment a reply lands.
