Changes one step without resending the whole sequence. emailIndex goes in the body, not the path. The step's configuration is created if it does not exist yet.

Sending type marks every unsent email at that step for regeneration; call Rebuild Step Emails to carry it out. Switching a step to AI on an ICP with no pitch config gives it the default one (see Set Pitch Config). Sending only delayDaysOverride or replyInThread leaves the copy alone and needs no rebuild.
