Removes an email template permanently. Call Rebuild Step Emails afterwards so queued emails stop using it. To stop using a template while keeping it, set isActive to false instead.

Deleting the last template on a TEMPLATE step leaves it unable to render, so add a replacement or move the step back to AI.
